Going from one state to another should not be so fraught with problems, in America. It's almost like accidentally wandering into North Korea! I can understand if a NJ resident is found with guns, it's his state, his rules. But when we visit from another state, everyone should be accorded some "home rule" thing. Like, if it's legal in PA, and you are from PA, and you cross into NJ, you should be accorded the leniency of PA gun rules. Especially if you live within, IDK, say 40 miles of the "border".

If NJ wants to be dicks over this, then why do we allow them to visit PA and use our "public" ranges? If you ain't from PA, you shouldn't be using PA public ranges. Tit-for-tat. How do NJ residents get NJ banned guns into PA to use our ranges anyhow? Oh yeah, "Summer homes".
