NJ's current governor has zero chance of making this go away, he's an anti-gun zealot who prefers illegal aliens to American citizens.

Lesson here: Stay out of NJ.

NJ's largest border is with Pennsylvania, they welcome our business but they treat us like scum. Maybe it's time for all PA residents to boycott NJ, see how they like being an isolated island without any visitors. That worked great when Cuba, sitting just off our shore, was shunned by the largest economy on Earth. I'm sure that NJ will do fine without any commerce from the rest of the USA, except for New Yorkers, and NJ is welcome to them.

For the longest time, NJ refused to allow lawyers from PA or NY to practice in their state, even if licensed, unless they had a full-time office physically located in the state. They hated the fact that Philadelphia and NYC law firms were eating their lunch, so they just passed laws excluding them.

It's a New Jersey tradition to treat outsiders like pariahs, unless the outsiders aren't US citizens or here illegally, in which case they are welcomed like rich relatives.

It's a crazy state. I'm thankful that the Delaware river at least slows the traffic down. A wall would be better.

I would be OK with all PA businesses and residences refusing to do business with anyone from NJ. Maybe it's the stink needed to get things moving in the right direction. Sadly it's not, and more horrifically, I know what what is needed.

While he made the mistake of crossing into NJ, it still should not go down like this for someone whose worse offense was a missed turn signal. I wonder if he thought his NJ firearms license was still valid?

Also you can guarantee his PA LTCF will be revoked when this is over.
And he'll be convicted of at least of something with more than a 1 year sentence, so there goes his 2A rights totally.

You will not find a judge or a lawyer who is going to get him out of this in any way that doesn't fuck him up totally.

Who represented Shaneen Allen a few years ago who got the same treatment? Gov. Christie pardoned her, who knows, send him a letter too. We need to do anything we can.
