PITTSBURGH —
Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto is heading to Washington, D.C. Monday as he and other mayors call for a change to the nation's gun laws.

All mayors are from cities that have seen mass shootings with assault rifles.

"I plan on sitting one-on-one with Senator Toomey. Somebody who we differ a lot on policies, but we have a good working relationship, and I want to be able to help to see how we can get to middle ground and get something accomplished."
