    Did I see that correctly?

The officer handed the gun back to the guy, then the magazine. Then the officer turns his back on him as he slides the magazine in and re-holsters.

As far as signing a lifetime ban order, why would any PD administer such a thing? That’s a civil issue. Not sure what Kentucky’s anti-gun sign law is regarding “force of law” but the policy that Walmart has announced simply reads as a (no sign) request.

Can’t hear all the audio. Perhaps he was asked to leave and he caused a big scene as he refused.

But if Walmart called in a “man with a gun” report which resulted in a 7 officer response instead of a defiant trespass for OC, that’s messed up

Too many possible details that are not shown of the video

I figured that was a ticket for trespassing that he was given to sign there, am I wrong? And I can't believe he would consider buying his 'items' after that, unless that part was just for show.

Oh...and Walmart always sucked, now more of you are starting to see it now.

You're Ok with the Government enforcing private corporation policy at the point of a gun, a policy that directly contradicts Constitutional rights?

Here is the way I think of the situation. Guy goes in OC, expecting to be asked to cover up or leave. Instead he asked to see the manager, instead the PD shows up. PD slaps him with a no trespass notice. Guy pays for his drink, end of story.

I question the trespass notice. How does a civil paper work in another state. I don't think this is legal and enforceable outside of the issuing state.
