It looks like it’s a good thing most people voted for the wood grips. The imitation ivory broke at the area of the pin while at the range today. Before ordering them I checked the reviews, one guy said he loved them until his first range trip where they broke while shooting the revolver. I guess I’ll second that. Of course I’ll email the company where I bought them and include photos to see how they will handle it. Back to the factory panels I go.

I typically shoot 50 rounds at a shoot. I'm loading a 230 grain cast semi wadcutter from Matt's Bullets over 22.6 grains of 296. The comfort between the Hogues and the stock rosewood grips is REALLY noticeable over the course of the morning.

I'll go 50/50 I just sold a three screw single six with faux ivory grips I hand shaped from white corian and it looked great, my stainless single six sports rosewood and looks good also, the .41 Mag BH has rubber pachmayr's, but it is a beater field gun that has considerable holster wear and not the prettiest girl at the dance, Pac's cover the back strap and help with the "ouch", Pic with its partner .41 Mag Henry, they are always together in the woods
