When i buy locally i usually go to Gary's Bow Shack. Prices are fair and carries a decent variety of ammo, reloading products and firearms for a small shop. They even have a small selection of suppressors but you have to ask to see them since they are behind the counter. Firearms transfers are $30.

Freedom Sports in Shawnee is also a good place to have firearms transferred too. Firearm Transfers are $25 and Class III transfers are $75. It's just a small office so no products on display for sale. they also have a Silencershop kiosk.
