Default Feeding ban on the horizon for deer and turkey

This video by the PA Game Commission outlines the steps that have been taken so far regarding the future of "feeding" deer and turkey in PA. It is currently illegal to "feed" elk and bears. Deer and turkey will soon be added to the list. It will be unlawful to intentionally lay or place food, fruit, hay, grain, chemical, SALT or other MINERALS anywhere in this Commonwealth for the purpose of of feeding bear or elk, (add deer and turkey) or to intentionally lay or place food, fruit, hay, grain, chemical, SALT or other MINERALS that may cause bear or elk ( add deer and turkey) to congregate or habituate an area. I don't attempt to supplement feed in the winter like many. I am aware of the negative effects in can actually cause in a deer heard. CWD is apparently the main cause for concern by the PAGC. I DO place a small mineral block on a trail camera sight or two in the summer months to survey summer bucks and to watch their antler development. I am pretty sure that will be unlawful in the near future.

Good. It's a step in the right direction but without enforcement the guy down the road from me will still put his deer stand up over his pile of corn on his "well known and respected locally" local friends farmland.

Rat the guy out. It is overdue, and not just because of disease. There are huge developments situated around State Game Lands and butting up against State Parks in my area. The only deer sign you see is near these developments and feeding is making it worse. The deer in PA are slowly getting the "Wildness" bred out of them.
