Wow. What frustrating news. A real slap in the face to gun owners.

Order online. plenty of good places with reasonable prices on ammo especially if bought in bulk of 1000 rounds.

I’m not too keen on anybody but ME knowing the size of my ammo stockpile. Ordering online creates paper trails. Using cash at Walmart does not.

Anyone who doesn’t at least consider the possibility of the government monitoring your online ammo purchases is kidding themselves. Guaranteed they are using volume/frequency thresholds to trigger passive red flag type monitoring.

    Stock up from local retailers

Can we expect a clearance sale then?

Nope. The statement on their website says they're going to "sell through their current inventory commitments": https://corporate.walmart.com/newsro...-and-southaven. Obviously "common sense gun violence prevention" (or whatever the fuck the gun grabbers are calling it today) is important....but not as important at profits. At least the dicks at Dick's put their money where their mouth is and supposedly destroyed all the stock they no longer wanted to sell.

No great loss. I avoid Wally World like the plague.
