So, this 72 year old guy is depressed and alone (I see no mention of anyone living with him), and to fix that, his family has the po-po seize him, commit him,. steal all his guns, GRATUITOUSLY notify the world that he had this stuff in his house and nobody's home to protect whatever the police didn't steal, and make him a prohibited person because of the 302 commitment.

This is why people hate their families.

And cops. It's why people hate cops.

There's no legitimate purpose served by the police shedding public light on his private matters. None. I would love to be in a position to take these meddling SJW's and have the cops go through their computers and browsing history, and gratuitously share whatever is found, like "midget wrestling porn" or "repeated searches for pics of fresh corpses" or whatever they wanted to keep private.

Grenade hulls are not grenades. It's simply a lie to claim that they found "grenades". And it serves no bona fide police function to put that in a press release. Or to announce that they took a citizen off for mental evaluation; there's a reason why that kind of medical info is supposed to be confidential, you fucking morons.

Some days, it seems like cops are paid to gather up privately owned guns and arrange them on folding tables for anti-gun media to take photos. And that most Chiefs and Mayors believe that all citizens exist to fund the govt and to be used for PR purposes.

Maybe if cop administrators acted as though they were real public servants, fewer cops would get shot in the face on the streets. That's just my thinking, but I bet a whole lot of Philly beat cops agree with me.

Yes. When I read this article, I feared that his family may be overstepping. Sometimes families interpret "I can't live like this" as having current suicidal ideation with method and intent. I fear that this may be the new trend, where the rights of gun owners, or even wartime relic collectors in this case, get their rights infringed upon more so than others.

If that’s the case, we better get rid of the PVC cutoff scraps and keep less than a pound of nails and screws in the shop! You know, for the kids...

If you have packing peanuts and gasoline you're on constructive possession of napalm.

nuts, bolts, washers, all those little odds and ends you never know you might need, like the little track shelving pins and brackets.

acetone, laquor thinner, carb cleaner. a whole variety of things will melt it

If it was a close family why didn't family member try to communicate with the man and find out what is going on?

The story seem to sensationalized on what he had in his crawl space and not enough on the aforementioned details.

Ever hear of mayors against guns and chiefs against guns? What do you suppose those organizations talk about? This sh*t is planned.
