    Default State Sovereignty

State Sovereignty. If you get caught in NJ with 1 hollow point, you're sentenced to NJ prison.

When you get out, you should get your firearm back or able to buy another in PA b/c hollow points are NOT ILLEGA in PA and other states with reciprocity with PA. Therefore no crimes were committed in regarding PA.

A check on background check in PA should either not show his NJ crime. Or. A name/law that will state why the NJ offense is clear in PA.

New Jersey is a feudal kingdom, not a state of the United States.

This is NOT a State's Rights issue. The states all signed on to abide by the Constitution, AND the Second Amendment. The fact that States can pass any gun laws at all is Unconstitutional as they are all infringements. Yet, the courts allow them to stand as "reasonable restrictions". The word reasonable is mostly used UNREASONABLY now.

I was going to say this...it's a much easier solution.

I don't think we want to go down the road of hiding any offenses on background checks, even if they are BS jobs like most NJ and NY laws.

Sadly, I go there for work and to occasionally see friends but other than that I stay out. I agree 100% that any gun law is unconstitutional and we’re at the point where tyrants are bypassing natural or God given rights. We can not compare what is illegal in NJ and legal in PA because those are simply laws....IE—selling raw milk, alcohol laws, section 8 housing—-these are state laws and nothing in the constitution about them. But the roles of the federal laws (constitution and the bill of rights) is no state can bypass these particular laws of the land. States rights are taxing, selling, doing commerce as they see fit but if any laws infringe on the bill of rights, they are illegal. Problem is, government is doing what they want, trampling on their rights which is the definition of tyranny. I don’t understand that if government can ignore laws why can’t we? If government can bypass prosecution then why cant we? This is a rhetorical question
