    Just a heads up, Farnese used the “fire in a movie theater “ situation regarding reasonable restrictions.

    The best reply I ever heard for this scenario, I first heard this from Tom Gresham. It goes something like, “ But do we tape people’s mouths shut before they go into the theater?”

    Restrictions only restrict the law abiding.
