I am not sure if this is actually true. I looked at the PA Judiciary hearing schedule and they currently have no agenda set???? I then looked at the PA Senate calander and the only hearings set for the day of the 24th is the Health and Human service committee and it states the agenda is for public hearing on the closures of the Polk and White Haven State Centers. the day of the 25th is for the center of Rural PA and the agenda is listed as public hearing on heroin/opioids and PA's Prescription Drug Monitoring Program, followed by a meeting to conduct regular business affairs of the Center
