    Default Llama MAX I L/F....

I own one of these too. Mostly Colt parts and very dependable too. .45 ACP by S&B and Win. and Rem. No H.P. will feed from this pistol. Bought rebuilt and cheap too. I trust my life with it. With a bullet as big as the .45, why do you need a "flying ashtray"? Double tap it and forget it.

A few reasons to use "flying ashtrays"
There are a few things you can do to that Llama to make it reliably feed HPs. The feed ramp would be a possible object of attention.

Lucas, I agree with you 110%, but I really don't have the cash to fork out for said piece. I'm laid off now and money is tight. I'd like to get it to feed H.P. fodder, but that will have to wait.
