    Default price check on an m&p 15T

    I have an opportunity to get a police trade in S&W m&p 15T for $500. It's marked up a bit but that's not a deal breaker for me. Is that price too good to pass on or is it just OK?

    How marked up? Any extras?

    There are some significant scratches on the upper. I'm not sure about extras since I don't know the original configuration. It has a quad-rail with some rubber inserts on two sides of it for comfort I'm assuming. It also has what look like Troy back up sights with the S&W logo on them.
