This course is designed to familiarize instructors with the benefits of video analysis for law enforcement training applications, such as firearms training, use of force and defensive tactics, physical training, etc. for improved task performance. The course will provide specific methods, tools, and techniques of video analysis and also discuss administrative considerations.

Objectives:
Describe and list safety brief considerations and tasks as they relate to video analysis during law enforcement training activities.
- Effectively utilize video tools and applications commonly found on mobile devices.
- Effectively utilize video settings on point and shoot cameras.
- Demonstrate proficiency with video playback and video analysis in individual and group settings.
- Demonstrate ability to safely video record, playback, and analyze firearms training drills.
- Demonstrate ability to safely video record, playback, and analyze defensive tactics drills.
- Demonstrate ability to safely video record, playback, and analyze physical training drills.
- Demonstrate ability to transfer video recordings between devices and applications.
- Demonstrate ability to safely plan, conduct activity, record, analyze, and present final analysis to a group.
