    Default Respect for Philadelphia police

    From Discover on Google https://thehill.com/homenews/state-w...ct-that-led-to

from the horror stories that I've heard in this group it seems like the Philadelphia police have done quite a bit to Foster a Us and Them type of situation between the populace and the police. I don't think they need any help from the DA. let me just clarify that I think the recent shootings are tragic and I'm not saying the police deserve that no one does. But to blame the district attorney? Come on

I mean I guess my point is we see how they treat law-abiding citizens attempting to practice their second amendment rights I can only imagine how they treat people they suspect of actual crimes.

Well, in the case of the most recent scumbag in the news, apparently they weren't too rough on him the first dozen times or so.

The blue shirt street cops and Sgts are between a rock and a rock. They deserve all the respect and support.

The white shirt and scrambled egg stooges , the Commissioner and his deputy Commisioners are nothing but politicians with badges, nothing but the mayors lackeys and lickspittles who care more about their salary , benefits and pensions.

I wonder how many regret that at this point.

I dunno. I think it's VERY fair to lay blame on a DA who sides with criminals and does everything in his power to release them rather than prosecute them.

    HE should be behind bars.

Not to mention said DA gladly defended accused pedophiles. It was on his website when he was a defense attorney. He needs to go.

As far as the average everyday street officer in PPD I don't have anything bad to say about them. They helped me out quite a few times. I liked the Philly Highway Patrol, they were some tough SOB's as they should be. After Rizzo passed away Philadelphia went down hill from there. It was left to panty waists like Fat Eddie Rendell, racist John Street and now Marxists Kenny and Krasner. Philadelphia is speeding headlong into becoming the next Baltimore/Chicago /Camden.

Respect is a two way street. You have it or you don't. By most that is posted here on PAFOA, the Philly cops don't want to earn respect.
Lower your expectations to zero and you'll never be disappointed.
