    Default HK USP Value

Have a chance to buy a slightly used HK USP 9mm compact for $525. Am I correct to assume that's a pretty good price? I've seen a couple used on GB for like $600 and police trade ins for $475.

I am not an appraiser but in good shape with case and accessories I'd say you're in decent price range. If I was in the market for that I would not feel bad about paying that for it.

Go there and look around, sure but they do not like non-paying users price checking and swift action will be taken for doing so.

I'm a member there. No price checking! Saw a thread from about a month ago and they seemed pleased with a guy that got a NOS one for 800.

It's a decent price. I got mine new (LEM Light with Safety) for $550, but it was a batch of guns that I think a German LE agency ordered but cancelled, so Classic Firearms had sold them (with an importer's mark).

IMO, decent price. Not a steal, but not over-priced.

(I have several HKs and bought and sold more)

Was looking all over western Pa this summer for one. Only saw one used compact and it was $750 with one mag (I passed and bought a new one at Ace in Washington). I would've jumped on your deal if it's in decent shape. Great gun.

    I've seen them for higher.

    Again...variant is a price factor.

I'd say go for it , I picked up a used USP compact .40S&W a few years back for just under $600.00, It is by a long shot the best pistol I've ever owned. At the range I have tried experimenting everything within reason to try to get it to malfunction, mixed ammo in magazines, limp wristing, sideways and upside down Ghetto shooting, tossed in a snow bank and it will not ever malfunction for me, it is by my side almost always, great pistols to trust your life with
