Would someone please explain to this turd, that is posing as Governor, that Pennsylvania already has a "red flag" law specifically Section 302. Plus Pennsylvania has laws that are already in existence that REQUIRE mental health professionals report patient/clients whom the professional deems to be a threat to self or others to family and authorities. This fracking piece of horseshit should have some idea of what laws already exist and be answering why they aren't enforced!
