    fucktards ..... yes gun laws on the books absolutely work when properly applied as you can see from a common sense perspective all those laws had zero affect as they were 1. never properly applied
    2. Did not prevent a criminal from being a criminal and obtaining a firearm illegally.

    Tell me again how law abiding gun owners are the problem?

    4th time this year?! It's only August! This kid has been getting a felony firearms charge every other month and he's not locked up? Its really great to see Cuomo's SAFE act, the beacon and example of "common sense gun control" it is working soooo well.
