    ....sounds about right.It seems like the empty talking heads cant shut up about the "modified" AR and fancy one hundred round magazine that was used when they discuss the Ohio shooting.

    Looking for sensation....they really fucked up, because....according to MSM.....all rifles are either high powered or high caliber.

    yep. allowed to decline answering any questions on account it would be self-incriminating. but only felons can do that; us regular people can't use the same excuse.

    Correct. SCOTUS ruled that felons are exempt from gun registration as that would be self incrimination under the 5A. So you could prosecute the gun charge but not failure to register.
