    Default Law Enforcement Trade Ins

I've seen a lot of websites offering law enforcement trade ins for sale. Are they worth purchasing or something to stay away from?
I am concerned they are going to be beat to heck and back.

Depends on the PD .A lot of depts. you only shoot two mags for qualifying but they hardly ever clean them.Good deals can be had.

I've bought several LE trade ins at Surplus City in Feasterville (Glock 19, S&W Model 10, and a Bushmaster XM15). I'm happy with all of them.

Some are actually pretty good deals.

Carried daily, shot very little generally. Expect a lot of finish wear on most guns (plainclothes often don't carry the duty weapon, only shoot it for qualification) but good bores and internals.

Nothing wrong with having a gun with some history even if that means having a few dings and scratches.

They're usually a pretty good deal. Carried much shot little. Typically Holster wear only.
