Not a damn thing on their lists will work, because it's all BASED ON LAWS:
1-Will gangs obey the laws?
2-Will criminals obey the laws?
3-Will psychos obey the laws?
4-Will terrorist obey the laws?
A judge had said long ago, (I forgot his name), laws and background checks are only for law abiding citizens.
I would like to see a list that says:
