has everyone received word that our AG has joined in the fight with 17 other states to ban in their uneducated words high capacity mags?

Yeah it seems they have formed a AG coalition in order to file and challenge the courts for the right to control their residents lives as they see fit. Constitution be damned!

PA happens to be one of them along with Delaware and NJ who has already banned hi cap mags yet can’t seem to mind their own freaking business and stop wasting their tax payers money.

Here’s a video I saw yesterday on it, I didn’t post it because many members don’t like the maker but he is typically correct in most matters.

Boys and girls this is why elections matter.

So the Attorney General is making known his want to violate not only the US Constitution, but also the PA Constitution. Who's heating up the tar and who's bringing the feathers?

    How so?
Banning them makes them very difficult to use and thus kind of worth less. Sure I can keep a box full of them hidden in my basement but I can’t do anything with them. That fulfills the antis intention

I suspect that some will and all you would need is an overbearing fuddish range safety officer.
There are no pacts between lions and men.

They will. No commercial or private range is going to want to allow activity that is contrary to the law, even if the law is bullshit.

There are many ranges that do not allow full auto, bump stocks, binary triggers etc. and those are legal.

I have yet to hear of a NJ range doing so, and we've had the 15rnd mag ban in place for a bit now.
I suspect that they all know that, if they do, business will be negatively impacted.
So they enact the old military concept: don't ask, don't tell.

People who call for a ban on "high" cap mags have never actually reloaded with a mag. They must think it takes a long time to change mags.

They think using two ten round mags is different than one twenty round mag.
