By not arresting these misguided youngsters we keep them from being entrapped in an endless cycle of our otherwise productive young black men in the prison systems

He is the Deputy Commissioner of the Compliance Bureau. Not exactly high speed. Somebody has to be in charge of the paper pushers, pencils and paperclips.

I'm pretty sure my 10 year old daughter could knock him down and take his lunch money.

He's lucky they didn't find both of their bodies in Leakin Park.

Below is a list of 79 bodies found in Leakin Park, I may have missed a few due to the limitations of searching on the Internet. If you click on the names of the victims you may read the information I was able to find about each case.

With mentions on Serial and The Wire, Leakin Park is one American killing field that you may have already heard about. Baltimore residents summed up the grounds to Serial host Sarah Koenig by saying, “If you digging in Leakin Park to bury your body, you’re going to find somebody else’s.”For anyone working in law enforcement or media in and around Baltimore, Leakin Park is more or less a graveyard. Police who comb the area regularly are reminded to only look for bodies matching the description of their victim, lest they end up lost in the charnel house of bodies for an entire day.

I thought Baltimore was a gun free zone. Maybe just to out of staters. Had reasons to go there through 2012. Have not gone back since and have no intention of going back again just to end up like this guy.

We were feeling brave and visited Fells Point a few weeks ago. About a mile from this location. Had no issues. Also had a Glock 43 in my pocket.
