    Sanction their attorney for the BS lawsuit, hold the deceased's parents liable for all attorney fees.

    I would add in "workman's comp" reimbursement too since I'm sure the driver needs some counseling after this ordeal.

    Their kid wasn't worth a crap and never brought up in a good way ! Now the parents expect they will get their winning lottery ticket on their kids corpse so they can live the high life ! Parents should also be responsible for any sentence this robber would have gotten.Bad Parenting this is the result !

    They are responsible.

    For some reason I think the judge has to take it but can rule on a request by the defense that it be thrown out for any number of reasons.
