How about a camper or RV? Does that count as a dwelling towards the same end?

Moot point, Mexico does not allow US truck drivers to use their roads....We used to drop at a fenced lot just over the bridge. & pickup the empty and back over the bridge.

Mejicans make it very difficult for Gringos to drive there. Believe it or not our insurance is not good enough for them and if we want to drive our cars there we need to buy 'Mexican insurance'. I could never figure out why we don't reciprocate in kind.

You might get away with concealing on or about your person while in the camper while it's parked and is a dwelling, but you won't be excused for transporting it while the camper is in transit.

PA courts hate gun owners, so they've reduced the business exception to a fixed place of business, and you have to be the owner of that business for it to apply to you.
