Good Workout and Training
Got this idea from Reid Henrichs' Valor Ridge channel. You need a 100yd range and a rifle.
1) 100yds - 1 shot prone, run to:
2) 50yds - 1 shot kneeling, run to:
3) 25yds - 1 shot standing, run to:
4) 7yds - 1 head shot, run to: 100yds and repeat 9 more times.
Reid's has a 75 yard kneeling shot too but I wanted to adjust for more cardio, less shooting. And I may have only gotten 9 reps total in. Fun workout and good training to maintain accuracy while sucking wind. Didn't time myself but I will next time and I hope to shrink the group. Need to get a more consistent hold over for the head shots. But not bad for 90+ degrees and overwhelming sun.
Milspec trigger, PSA nitride 20" barrel, carry handle:
Adjust speed and number of reps to your fitness level.

Re: Good Workout and Training
Saw the video you are talking about. Been wanting to get to the range and give it a try.
