    Imo they didnt redefine what a pistol is, all they did was clarify where the line between firearm and aow is.

    Like any "news" outlet, Munsingwear has to be "the fustest with the mostest" under an alarmist headline conceived to engage one's fear circuits to get them to read or view. And it's the major reason I don't waste time watching Munsingwear videos.

    The problem (as I see it) is that this "clarification" likely creates a group of (formerly) law-abiding gun owners who are now in possession of contraband.

    A brace isn't part of a pistol, it's an "accessory".
    You don't count the brace at all in OAL, the same way you don't count muzzle "accessories".
