Shady FFL Practices? Stealing Magazines?

I noticed a local shop was selling the VP9 (LE Version with Night sights and 3 mags) but their version only had 2 magazines.


What is going on here? Every other shop that has the LE Version come standard with 3 magazines. Do you think they are stealing the 3rd magazine to resell to people? Their price on the package is $770 dollars LOL I don't mind paying more to support a local PA FFL, but if you are scamming people by removing the 3rd magazine.........

I have on occasion seen this. You should ask them where the mags are. What will it hurt? You’re not buying from them anyway.

I bet the number of magazines included is listed somewhere in the literature that comes with the gun.Imagine the glee of the customers who come across the descrepancy after they have forked over all that cash!

CDNN is notorious for doing that, removing mags and selling them at a markup. They got me on that scam with my sarsilmaz. Amazing gun for the money tho.

Never heard that about CDNN, and I've been a customer of theirs for 15+ years.

However, I do know that Sarsilmaz is pretty famous for that.

None of mine are LE, LE's do have three and some kind of special sights (tritium?).
