    Default Favorite revolver?

Autoloaders are more popular and whatnot, but one of my favorite guns ever is my S&W 686 in .357 Magnum. I love taking this to the range and it's just a nice gun overall. I'll never part with it. I don't have a massive collection like I'm sure some of you have, but I have some of my favs.

Do you have a favorite revolver?

How can I post photos here? Thanks.

Favorite is the S&W 25-2 in 45 ACP. Wonderfully accurate and a pleasure to shoot.

    1st Runner-up: 3" Ruger Speed Six in 357.

    2nd Runner-up: S&W 696 in 44 Spl.

Most of my experience with revolvers has been been with Ruger. As far as fit, function, utility, durability and overall comfort level it's the GP 100 in .357 with the 4" bbl. I'm not a fan of snubbies at all, and at least for me the 6" doesn't balance as well. Stainless, of course.

I’ve got a Colt New Service with bone grips that was my dads. Originally chambered in .455 Eley. But now .45 Colt.

    Rossi M68 .38 spl w/ 4" bbl.

It doesn't shoot as good as my other revolvers, but it's easy to carry when hunting or woods bumming, so I don't mind hauling it around. Plus, it's damn near as old as I am.
