I can’t be the only person to carry a BUG or knife. How is the employee to know if he only has has a gun in the heat of the moment.

Just because the robber has been disarmed by force, it doesn't mean the commission of a robbery has ceased, nor the threat isn't present.

Until the robber surrenders, he's pretty much fare game in most states.

I would like to think that if you snatch away an armed robbers firearm and used it you would not be charged. But the day is coming.

In the future if you struggle for the felons firearm and use it you will be charged.

Eventually in the future if you struggle for the felons firearm and don't shoot him........You will be charged for possession of a firearm.

And of course the penalties for you will be harsher than the penalty for the armed robber. After all he was a good kid from a bad neighborhood and needs another chance.

In the UK and in the Queen's colonies you are not permitted to defend yourself. You will be arrested and sentenced for defending yourself. In Canada you must help the robber load their truck when they are robbing you. They have overridden basic human dignity and rights for political correctness.
