You mean my FOP donation supporter card won't work?

Personally, I would not recommend it, just don't go to prison states.
No, in states like NJ, you shall end up in a cell, not "may".

Something else to know is this: in addition to the penalties in NJ, donít also be caught with hollow point ammo. Itís $1000 per round. Something else to consider lol. I work for a armored car company and we have to make sure to switch out our ammo because we do stops in northern NJ. Iím allowed to carry as a PA resident but in the course of my job. Anyway, just my two cents!😁

Flip side, how do states like PA handle people carrying concealed without a permit?

If I'm not mistaken, just being in possession of a JHP is a felony in NY or NJ. My family would probably be better off with me being carried by 6, honestly. Life insurance policies will take care of them for a number of years. Doing 3 or 4 years in prison to come out to nothing and no real job prospects isn't something I'm going to do.

In the risk factor weigh it out. What are the chances of me needing my firearm? What are the chances of me getting caught with my firearm? I think the latter is more likely.

You will get zero brakes if caught in NY or NJ. You will be an "example" for prosecutors and politicians, if you ain't legal, leave it home.

If you are eligible for a LTCF but do not have one it is a 1st degree misdemeanor punishable by 2.5 to 5 yrs. and up to $10,000 fine. If you are a prohibited person, it is a 3rd degree felony punishable by 3.5 to 7 yrs. and up to a $15,000 fine. Either way you now royally screwed. Makes no sense with PA being a shall issue state and only $20.

When you make a adult responsible decision to carry a firearm, just follow the rules. Just because you can do something doesn't mean you should
