    Nor should they be.
    It would be Great if ( and that's a Big IF) those who carry firearms would get themselves trained, and practice, every so often.
    But, we shouldn't required to show proficiency in order to avail ourselves of a Right.
    I've seen people who qualify for Armed Security, who haven't shot since their last renewal...5 years ago.
    Some of them couldn't hit the ground with their own Piss.

    Correct, how about a course, and test, on Civics, before Anyone is Allowed to vote.
