On duty, not a problem. Off duty, LEOSA covers it. Including "hollow points". But they did manage to make PA LE limited to 10 rounds because LEOSA never foresaw that coming. That's being worked on.

I work for a fairly large company and here is the section from the employee handbook concerning weapons at work....

"You must report any instance of violence, hostile behavior or brandishing of weapons on Company property to your supervisor or Human Resources immediately. Firearms are not permitted on Company property, except where expressly permitted by law. In cases of imminent danger, you should call 911 or local law enforcement first, and then the General Counsel, Human Resources, or your manager. Supervisors are expected to inform the VP of Human Resources or the General Counsel no later than 24-hours after any reports or act or threat of violence, even if the situation has been addressed and resolved."

I'd say that's a cooking cutter policy for almost any office.... I do love this part though.... "except where expressly permitted by law" Huh?

Some states have "parking lot laws" where employers are forced to tolerate the lawful possession of weapons inside of employees' vehicles, usually with state imposed conditions like in a locked container, etc. Some states have decent fines attached for having policies inconsistent with the law, even if they've never actively penalized anyone.

Could be like Allegheny County, a two-step process. First step, submit the application. If approved, the county sends a card that one must take to the Sheriff's office along with $20 and necessary ID's. You leave with the LCTF.
Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?
