The Republicans also held an Iowa caucus session, though it hasn't generated much fanfare. I learned about it when the Berks Republican Party posted that Trump won it with 97% of the vote. "Huh? I didn't even know they were having one, who got the other 3%?", I asked. Apparently there were two other challengers, some guys named Joe Walsh and William Weld, two has-beens from somewhere. But now for the juicy part...the last time there was a caucus for an incumbent president there was back during George Bush the 1st's tenure and about 8000 voters showed up for that. This year some 32,000 voters turned out to insure that Trump won the nomination. Yep, four times the number of voters! If this is an indication of things to come there are going to be some big fucking crocodile tears hitting the ground come November 3.

I'm still wondering if any Democrat caucus votes went to Trump.
