The sad thing is, for many Democrat voters, they do weight people's values as human beings by how many minority/trendy political boxes they can check off. A straight white man is the least valuable candidate.

The way I see it is, The DNC is flat broke...
they are like a bunch of poor highschool kids wanting to get to spring break in Wildwood. so they swing by the little geeks house (mini Mike) and pick him up on the way because they know he wants to be cool and is the only one with gas and beer money to get them there and back and will spend in excess to be "one of the gang"
