Where to look for custom Glock 19

I want to treat myself and spend some of my hard earned money on a nice custom Glock 19. Things I am looking for:

-Slide cut for RMR (any type of micro dot is fine really)
-Compensater (thus it must have a threaded barrel)
-Slide cuts (yes I know they are the worst thing since Hillary but I like the lightened slide)
-Cerakoted (I would actually prefer really obnoxious colors like bright red or blue)
-Enhanced trigger (pretty much anything is better than the stock trigger)
-Frame Work (at minimum, stippling and trigger guard undercut)

Stuff I'd like but isn't necessary

-Larger magwell
-Sime kind of cool slide cover plate

Does anyone know of a manufacturer, retailer or shop that can do this with a Glock 19? I already have a completely stock G19 that I'd like to keep in stock condition so I'd prefer somewhere that also sells the actual firearm itself. This way I don't have to buy a new one just for this project.

This will just be a range gun so I'm not AS concerned with reliability. Price and waiting time aren't a huge concern for me but if anyone knows a shop that is reasonable in both areas, that's always a plus.

The other option is to buy everything separately and put everything together myself. Although, I'd rather not have to buy parts from so many different retailers. The only part I would have difficulty with is the frame. I have done stippling myself to another Glock but, frankly,it looked awful. What do you guys think?

I’d buy it in pieces and build it. TThen id send the frame off for laser stipling that stuff is crazy

I'm pretty handy at putting together other Glock parts so that's a possibility. I would just have to price out all the parts needed and see if it's similar price-wise.

The Poly 80 lower option is looking more and more tempting. Has anyone done one before? And if so what did you think of it?
