    Impulse is used to differentiate the discription of recoil. Say a shotgun like the spa is shot in pump mode and then semi with the same ammo. The recoil is the same, but the impulse is different. That is to say the felt recoil. It is technical and the complete opposite of tips and heads, the product of ignorance and inbreeding.

    I have gotten used to calling them Fired Cartridge Casings, as in “we found ten (10) 9mm FCCs on the sidewalk.”

    I do correct when I see clip instead of magazines though.
