    Default 10/22 magazine loader?

Can anyone recommend a decent 10/22 magazine loader? I've heard that the 'turn the crank' models can damage rounds if you continue to try and load after the mag is full, so you have to keep accurate count as you go.

At the moment, the maglula is top of my list, even though that one still requires the manual insertion of each round. Change my mind.

I've considered the McFadden Lightning Loader. I don't have one, but it seems neat, and it's a local PA company...

Per their website, it doesn't work with Ruger factory mags, which I'm using exclusively.

I too am seeking a 10/22 magazine loading device. After reviewing all the popular options, Maglula is at the top of my list as well. Those shake and turn loaders all seem like they’d be a pain in the ass.

I’ve been hesitant to order though because I’m hoping to find something faster than the Maglula.

So is loading the mags by hand. So if it at least cuts the ass pain in half it would be worth it.

I have the shake and twist type loader it works well enough, you would really have to force it to dammage a round

I bought (maglula) one a couple of weeks ago . It was a little easier than loading by hand . I will use the maglula from now on to load my 10/22 magazines.
