We meet Friday evening for discussion of safety protocols and shooting theory. Instructors interact with students utilizing both shotgun simulators and live guns. Baseline skill levels are quickly assessed, and any gear issues are sorted out.

Skills are developed and enhanced on Saturday. Material covered includes safety manipulation and the mount, body alignment, recoil management, ammunition management, simple malfunction clearance, chokes and patterning, slug employment, close quarters techniques, weak shoulder manipulations, target transitions, and Method integration.

Instructors explain and demonstrate practice techniques so that students may continue to develop with confidence.

You MUST HAVE the following to participate:

  • eye protection
  • hearing protection (electronic preferred)
  • sling (two point type, muzzle down/across chest)
  • dump pouch
  • semi auto or pump shotgun
