LTCF in Phila county

Hello forum,

A coworker lives in Phila county and was asking me about LTCF acquisition, which was a great thing to hear from a self-proclaimed liberal! I was able to tell him what was involved in getting mine in Chester county, which was just to fill out the form, go to the sheriff's office in West Chester, give them $25, get a picture, and wait for the LTCF in the mail. What about Philadelphia? Where does one go in Philadelphia and what can he expect in this experience, both in the office and the follow-up afterward? He lives in Manayunk, FWIW.

Yeah, Philthytown is seriously screwed up, you should move to Berks County where it's walk in and walk out with LTCF in hand in 15 minutes or less
