Default High vs low battery tube

Surprisingly hard to find a good discussion of this on Google. I want to know people's thoughts on a high versus a low battery tube on a red dot, as in the Aimpoint Comp M4 vs the M4s. I'm considering a Comp M5, which has the high tube, or waiting for the M5s with the low one. What are the advantages and disadvantages here?

High battery came first, low battery was offered since people found the high blocked their vision around the optic.
    Ultimately it is personal preference.
I think the Aimpoint Pro is only offered with a high.
Can't really go wrong with it, either way it's a great optic.
