New SP4-113 coming out
With the new ACT 79 requirements I just got the letter from the PSP that SP4-113 is being changed/updated to note compliance.
(we) FFL's can use the old forms till we are mailed new ones and EPICS will have then new form right away.

I haven't gotten the final note but if you turn in your guns due to act 79 it needs to be noted and that the buyer is allowed IAW with it.
