What happened to teh Pennsdale F.D. Gunshow?

I haven't heard anything about it in years. Did it end completely?

It was the topic of talk at the recent Centre Hall show, and the gist of it (as I understand it) was there were some problems / conflicts with the venue at the FD. The promoting organization was going to try to find another suitable location.

But I caught bits and pieces, and may have an incorrect impression.

As I understood it , the building belongs to the town , they were going to put in offices on top floor. And didn't want a bunch of booger pickin gun show guys walking around licking and touching all their pens , pencils , staplers , etc.
I understand the town offered cash to the VFD to not have it there any longer in an effort to help the VFD pay bills since this was one of their fund raisers.
As I understand it , the HUGHESVILLE VFD is the new Pennsdale .....although that leaves me with a question or 2.........I do not know if Hughesville will have 2 shows a year like Pennsdale ................ they had their 1st one ... MARCH? of this year I believe.
I am waiting to see if they have a fall one.....
