Default CAA MCK Glock Kit - legality in PA?

Are these form 1 items or are they legal to own as an “accessory”? Been seeing conflicting reports.

If they're ATF approved, and it's a pistol brace - not a stock, I don't see any issues with owning in Pennsylvania.

These will be available for sale at the oaks gun show most likely. It has a brace and technically that's not a fore grip it's just a mag holder. Using it as another point of contact is up to you.
