Missouri Bill - Residents REQUIRED to own an AR-15
Missouri House Bill 1108 - McDaniel Second Amendment Act
This bill would require all taxpayers age 18-34 and not a prohibited person to purchase at least one AR-15 for militia service, within one year of the bill's passage or becoming a resident in the future. A tax credit of 75% of the cost can be taken.

Yeah...what's with the 34 cap? sounds discriminatory to me.

Dumb. That just reinforces the argument that the 2A applies only to a militia.

The government shouldn't make you own anything. This will never fly.

But they do it all the time in the name of safety, from car insurance, health insurance, dot approved parts for your vehicle, stuff to satisfy building codes ( like smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, gfi outlets, etc). Dont like guns , buy one get your tax break and sell it, it's a totally unenforceable law.
