    Fret not, the ACLU will jump on the chance to defend the poor and downtrodden since this "fee" increase will disproportionately affect them.

    Why would any poor person need a gun in New Jersey. They have the police to protect them. In New Jersey they have already determined it isn't legitimate to use a firearm for self defense. If it was they'd issue concealed carry permits. Just because someone is trying to kill you it doesn't mean you have the right to use a gun to protect yourself. See how that works?

    Exactly, its a regressive tax that hurts the very people this clown purports to defend.
