Default BLM Protest At Local High School

There is an event posted on the BLM Lehigh Valley Facebook page, last I saw 210 people are attending. The event is at Whitehall High School. I also read that antifa will be attending as well, but I didn*t see anything concrete, hopefully it*s just a rumor. Just some questions about this.
    A. How can a taxpayer funded school allow/approve this rally?
    B. Are these protesters planning this events on gun free zones to prevent any one protecting themselves if things get out of hand?
    C. Now that these *protests* are close to home what extra precautions should I be planning on top of typical preparedness.

What is the "an event" ?

    What is "this rally" ?

"Are these protesters planning this events on gun free zones to prevent any one protecting themselves"
    Of course they are.
    OR
They are holding an event in a gun free zone because they think it makes them safer.

"extra precautions should I be planning".
According to many on here; you should run to your basement, hide, and allow any criminals to run wild.

    LOL

Case the general area and find a choice, secure perch. One with a good escape route. Move in a few hours ahead of time to avoid being noticed, pop a watermelon or two and get the hell out.

If all true, sounds like taxpayers are subsidizing a communist rally. Reach out to your local rep and school board (all elected positions mind you...) and ask what the freaking deal is.

Is protecting yourself from a Marxist insurrection considered "other lawful purpose"?

I'd ask for equal time while I was at it.

The event is called Rally For Justice In Whitehall. It is hosted by BLM Lehigh Valley.
Good point about the protestors wanting to feel safe, I didn't consider that. I guess seeing how violent the protests get at times has me a little worried. Being close to the protest is much different than seeing it play out on TV many states away.
