    Default 302 ?

I know a person with a 302, probably 2or 3, for meth-related suicide attempts. He is clean and sober 10+ years now, not that this matters. Does 302 prohibit possession/use of a BB gun? Stupid question, right? This person posted a video of himself and ‘wife’ and daughter holding target practice in the basement of his house.
I’m asking because I don’t want to see him screw his life up again.

Legal or not, probably not the best idea given his history, and you should tell him so.
That's all he needs is some rabid Liberal Democrat reporting him "for the children".

When did BB guns/pellet guns become firearms?
Do you have to fill out a form to buy one?

Other than age, there is no other prohibition listed in this title for selling, giving, lending, or transferring of air rifles.

New Jersey thinks BB guns are "firearms". Pennsylvania, the Feds, and the free world disagree.

I once bought a BB gun in NJ, but they couldn't hand it to me because I didn't have their firearm permission card. So I just paid them to mail it to me in PA.
