They think they can appease the leftist and swing votes. They haven't learned from history maybe someone needs to go up there and give them a history lesson about what happened with Chamberland and Great Britain and Hitler. They thought this was the ticket with House Bill 2060 last session and Margaret Quinn but they still haven't learnt their lesson

Wait a minute, the FISA Courts are ultimately supervised by Chief Justice Roberts who is ever vigilant in protecting the civil rights of citizens from abuse! This is why, hoping the Supreme Court is going to ride in and save us from the evils of the Red Flag and other infringement laws is, at best, wishful thinking.

The anti's are using a study from the state of Indiana that says that firearms deaths by Suicide have decreased by 7% since its induction of the red flag law. That figure has been devised using a MIT economics algorithm anticipating what the effects of the law should be. In actuality according to CDC figures firearms deaths from suicide in Indiana have increased almost 30% from 2005 until 2017. It's bogus fake news that they are using to push their agenda, imagine that!
